About Me
My name is Cristina Zuniga, I use she/her/hers pronouns. I come to you with 18 years (over 1,000 births) of experience working with, and caring for birthing and postpartum families in various hospitals in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have taught nursing students, nurses and expecting families about pregnancy, labor and birth. I live in San Francisco and have two boys, ages 25 and 11.

Just Birth was born from my passion for birth justice and equity. Health care outcomes for birthing people and their families depend on them feeling included and their voices valued and respected. Just Birth seeks to provide birthing families with tools, resources and support to create their best birth experience possible.
